  2. Grind the masala(pic1)heat oil,then add 1 tsp of carrom seeds(ajwain)let it crackle then add the grind masala.
  3. Now add chole masala(any brand) red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric and saute for few minutes.
  4. Now add the chickpeas and mix,then add grated boiled potatoes and saute few seconds then add the tea strain water and now mix well and Cook on medium flame...crush some chickpeas..
  5. Heat ghee... add in red chilli,garlic,chole masala,asafoedida powder..when garlic is turned slightly brown temper the chickpeas curry,garnish with some chopped coriander leaves..
  6. Knead the dough as per Ingredients as above-mentioned...keep in a warm place for 5 mins...make small dough balls,roll it into flat bread.
